This quaint and idyllic, Melrose Place type condominium is located just across the bridge from Siesta Key with its miles of world-famous white powder sugar sand quartz beach. Enjoy absolutely magnificent views and sunsets, or relax at Siesta Key village with its many quaint stores and eateries. You are also within minutes of shopping and fine dining, and just a few miles from downtown Sarasota and St. Armands circle with its selection of arts, entertainment, shopping, dining and more.

Just a short walk from the condominium you will find the intracoastal waterway with marinas and boat rentals. Here you can rent a small boat for a day or just a couple of hours, or book a fishing trip or sunset sail.

Our 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium is brand new throughout and features casual yet elegant furnishings and appointments throughout. The standard layout includes both a Queen and King size bed, as well as a full size sleeper sofa in the living room to accomodate a total of up to 6 guests. If you prefer then we can replace the King bed with two Twin beds.

As soon as you enter this professionally designed and decorated condominium you will notice the medierranean tile throughout. The living room leads out onto a private, screened in balcony overlooking the pool. Downstairs you will find a couple of beach bikes, perfect for a short leisurely ride to the beach, less than 1/2 mile from the condo.

We have tried to spare no amenity in this luxury condominium, including
